delete domain permanently

  i bought a wordpress site with domain A, then i changed my domain to B. Now B is primary domain and A is secondary. I want to transfer it to this new account but it is locked since it isnt yet 60 days of registration. Can i delete permanently on that account and use it here or will deleting remove the domain entirely?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  What is the domain URL? I am not seeing any domain upgrades under your account. Can you log into the account with the domain subscriptions? We’ll be able to better advise once ownership is confirmed and we’re able to view the account.
