delete entire account and start over again

  Hi there. I first came across wordpress a long time ago and just went onto it today.
  I would like to completely shut down and completely start all over again but not sure how to do so. googled for some support and help, read things but too complicated.
  Are you able to completely delete my account (I seem to have a difficulty changing the blog name chch2auck)….First of all, I would love to change my blog name chch2auck and attempted a several times with no luck

  Change the blog NAME on the Settings->General page. Changing the blog URL is quite different. It is irreversible, too, so be sure you want to do this. http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
