delete followers

  I am a teacher and invite parents to follow my classroom blog. However, once the senior graduate, I would like to remove the parents so they do not continue to receive blog posts notifications about a class that no longer applies. Is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
