delete followers from a private blog

  I have changed my public blog to private. how do I remove the existing followers?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi support staff, please delete two followers from my now private blog.

  The two are:
  1. suppresslove
  2. (email visible only to moderators and staff) (email follower)

  Hi fana2hana

  We do not remove followers from sites. Only the follower them self can do that. However, since your site is Private, only users listed under Users > All Users will be notified of posts and have access to your site.

  So in order for someone to follow your private site, you need to invite them to be a Viewer. Here’s some more info on user roles:
