Delete Mobile Site Pop Up Icon

When you visit http://www.gencomm.com on a Mobile platform. There is a ‘Save the Date’ pop up that appears for an event that we had back in May. We would obvisiouly like to delete this as, we no long need people to save the date. Now I did not originally create this pop up, and I am unable to find it on the WordPress side to delete it. Would anyone had suggestion of where in editing and code that it might be hiding?
