Delete my account

    Hi I had an account thatbI forgot about associated with an email address I also forgot about. I was debited over 100$ to pay for an account that has been inactive for over a year. I have a child at home and I can’t afford to be debited 100$ every year. I emailed help@wordpress.com and was ignored. I called and they told me to email. I Don’t even remember the email address so I can’t fix it!

    There is no charges under the account that you are contacting us from. What is the site URL that is connected to the upgrade you were charged for?

    If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.

    If you had the transaction ID from your bank statement, that is all you would need to regain access to your account and receive a refund for those charges.
