  Hi! I’m trying to delete my account and sites.
  It does not work and its tells me to contact support. Can you fix this for me?

  Hi –

  There was a premium theme still connected to one of the deleted sites. I’ve removed that from our side and you should be able to proceed. Write back if further assistance is needed.
