  I cant find the tools bar that I’m supposed to find to delete my blog anywhere.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  the issue is I must not be understanding what they mean by dashboard, because anything I try clicking through on I’m not finding tools

  The dashboard is what you get to when you log into your WordPress.com account and go to:
