Delete my blog site

  I want to delete this site as it is no longer needed. I have tried some of the blog help sites, but my Tools menu tab (on the left side of screen) does not look like any of those on the help blogs and does not contain the Delete option. Under Tools I only have Marketing/Earn/Import/Export

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  All info you find on the internet is about wordpress.org which works different from wordpress.com. The only reliable source of info for wordpress.com is over here at https://wordpress.com/support/.
  If you want to delete a wordpress.com website, https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
