  how do I delete my Primary site and create another one?

  Do you mean https://fantheoriesclub.wpcomstaging.com?

  That site used to be on our business plan, so in order to delete it we first need to revert it back to how it was before you installed any plugins. This will cause any any content added to the site since then to be removed, and this cannot be reversed, so please confirm if you want us to do that.

  If you just want a new site you can create one from https://wordpress.com/start/site/. There is no need to delete your existing site first.
