  The site I need help with is 9stravels.wpcomstaging.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

  Hi there!

  Your site is hosted with WordPress.com, and we needed to remove plan Business before you could delete it. It’s all done now, so you should be able to follow the steps from here:

  https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/.

  Bear in mind that once you delete the site, you will not be able to use the same address (9stravels.wordpress.com) ever again.
