Hi there,
Sites on WordPress.com are owned by the individuals that set them up, and not by companies or other organizations. For that reason I will need to ask that you provide proof that you are the owner of emconservices.wordpress.com.
We are not able to help here in the support forums, as verifying account ownership requires us to ask you to provide info that is best not shared in this public venue.
With this in mind, please fill out this form here to the best of your ability: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns the site you are trying to access.

I am facing some challenge. As I stated I did not initiate the website, so I cannot answer any of the following questions:
Do you have a transaction ID?
Do you have an activation URL or key?
Do you have two factor authentication codes? However, I can provide proof of being founder and managing director of the respective company.
Please advise on how to proceed. Thanks

Please send what you can, along with your site link, the former email address, and so on, to
passwordhelp@wordpress.comso that our account recovery team can decide what to do. -
Oh, also:
Do you have a transaction ID?
If you have paid for something, you certainly will have that. Here’s how to find it:
