Delete old Blog – No Password & Email no longer in use

  Hello

  I once created a Blog for my sister, which she wants to delete. Problem is i dont have the password anymore plus the email used to register at wordpress.com does not exist anymore. I still have the original ‘Your new WordPress.com blog has been successfully set up.’ email from 2007 with the initial password to validate that i once had access to the blog.

  Is there a way to reset the email address related to a wordpress user?

  Hi there,

  If the email you have is the verification email containing the unique activation link, you can use that in our account recovery form to verify ownership.

  But if you don’t have that link or any of the other forms of verification we require, we won’t be able to give you access to the site:
