DELETE OLD WORDPRESS

    Please can you assist with deleting an old free blog/ account?

    I have no access to the either the account or the email on which the account belongs. Therefore do not direct me to Rest Password page.

    I have none of the information required for the completion of the account recovery form. So do not direct me to account recovery form.

    I can share with you my PI to authenticate ownership, but I cannot do it through this public forum. I created that WordPress account many years ago and it holds information about my profession. Since this account holds information about myself that need to be deleted, as it is publicly available, I would like an immediate response to the query.

    We are not able to help here in the support forums, as verifying account ownership requires us to ask you to provide info that is best not shared in this public venue.

    With this in mind, please fill out this form here to the best of your ability: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

    This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns the site you are trying to access.

    Thank you for your answer. But as per my first message I do not have ANY of the information required to fill the recovery form (a transaction id, activation URL or key or any factor codes) nor access to the email used to create the account.

    All I have is a 8 years old wordpress.com blog that has sensitive (phone, home address) and inaccurate information about me that I cannot delete.

    Shall I book a session with a Happy Engineer? Will they be able to assist me?

    If you do not have all the info, you can fill out a made-up transaction ID to allow you to send the form to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns the site you are trying to access.

    I tried to create to fill out a made-up transaction ID but I got the following message: ‘The receipt does not appear to be valid.’

    Any suggestion?
