Delete payment and contact details

I need to remove all contact and billing details for Stephanie Gautier.
She is no longer associated with the company and still receives billing..
I need to stop that immediately

Regarding what site is this? I don’t see any billing information saved in your WordPress.com account, and the only site in your account, https://londonriggers.wordpress.com/, is currently on the free plan.
That site is owned by a different account,
eastlondonrigging. If the owner of that account is no longer involved with this site, they need to transfer ownership of the site to another admin:https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
Only the person logged into that account can make changes to any billing information stored for that account. We cannot make changes to that account at your request under any circumstances.
