Delete phantom site

  I want to delete a site that no longer exists. I created a test ‘Dog & Pants’ WP site at c-art.com/pants, then ERASED it, and then later created a real site (that I want to keep) called ‘Dog & Pants’ at c-art.com/blog. (Different URL). However when I check out my sites at wordpress.com, I have TWO sites. I would like to delete the first test site from WordPress.com, in other words. How?

  Also, although it says “The blog I need help with is `bothandeach.wordpress.com'”, that’s not so, if you read the beginning question.
