Delete site

    I try to delete htbstudents.wordpress.com but I’m told there are premium upgrades that I need to cancel first. However when I go to purchases there are none there. Please delete this site

    Hi there,

    I would be happy to assist you in deleting your account. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. You’ll need to either log into the account with the upgrade and cancel that upgrade, or contact the person who is the account owner and have them cancel the upgrade.

    Then, you should be able to delete the site.
