  Hi I would like to delete this account to start it again, how do I do that?

  Delete site, or delete account? Doing either would mean starting again from scratch with a different account name or a different site name. I wouldn’t delete anything if I were you. If you’re talking about the above site which has no content why not just start now. You can delete those placeholder posts and begin writing/uploading images/whatever. And you can easily change to a different theme.
