  We found the https://huellascomunidad.wordpress.com which is no approved by the company nor have autorization to publish in our name, i see there is no activity since 2012 but the site has a file with personal information. I need your help to remove this site.

  If you aren’t able to provide an email from the email address with which the blog was registered, a PayPal transaction ID, or the original activation link, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you recover the account.

  The community footprints is a world wide program from The Ritz-Carlton Company, unfortunately appears someone without authorization created the site, i don’t have the information you are requiring, however let me know which legal information you need in order to remove the site.
