Delete Site

Hi. I’d like to delete my site but can’t remove the premium theme to do so. Could anyone assist in this matter?

The Pique theme showing on the site listed above is a free theme. Have you also purchased a Premium theme for that site or are you talking about a different site? Staff can remove Premium themes so I have added the modlook tag for staff intervention.

Yes, I had purchased the Rosalie Theme a few months back. I opted to cancel my premium subscription and the site must have reverted to the Pique theme.

@stephenjflaherty if we remove the theme for you, you won’t be able to get it back. If you’ll confirm you understand, we’ll go ahead and remove the theme for you, then you can delete the site.
Do note too, though, that if you delete the site, its name will not become available again, so do not use that option to “start over”.
Another option is to simply make site private — no one except you could access it, and only when you are logged in.
Can you confirm what you’d like to do?
