    Hi, we are trying to delete our site, and keep getting the message ‘User cannot delete jetpack site via API.’ Can you please help us delete our site permanently? Thanks.

    Hi there,

    We can’t help directly because we don’t host americanentertainmentinvestors.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.

    Instead your host (GoDaddy) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. The Jetpack site deletion option will not work in this case but you can contact GoDaddy support and they will be able to assist you with taking americanentertainmentinvestors.com offline.
