  Hi there,

  I would like to delete my website, https://thekefikitchen.com. I am unable to do so on my own. Can someone assist me with this process or get my site deleted please?

  I demand a refund immediately, I had no idea I had an account still open with you.
  You’ve been charging me $48.00, I’ve been trying to contact you for months trying to cancel this and I didn’t know what the charges were. I tried calling you to stop the charges and you don’t have a direct number or email, you’ve just been charging my account for a long time, you can see, I haven’t been on here. I will definitely be writing a review on your services, I literally had to guess what email this was under and reset a new password for something I don’t want or need. My bank currently has your transaction in pending status. Will you please cancel this account immediately and reverse the $48 and put the money back on my account. As a business, you are very unprofessional.

  Hi there @thekefikitchen the site thekefikitchen.com. appears to be hosted at Bluehost, and not a site on WordPress.com. You can contact Bluehost support staff for assistance and they will be able to guide you on how to delete the site.

  @jonesfam5562 I do not see any upgrades on your account.

  However, since this is a different issue from the one in the original post, could you start a new topic here? This will prevent us from loosing track of your request, which is possible when you are posting on someone else’s thread
