I’ve just been billed $13 and I want to cancel this. I think it’s been charging me every year. I want this to stop. Thank you.

There are no recent renewals on the account you are logged in to. What is the URL of the site you were charged for? Please don’t post any transaction details here, just a URL is fine. Once I know more, I’ll be able to look into this for you.

I got a reciept from WordPress today. It was for Domain mapping for ohmandy.co.uk. Do you need the receipt ID or transaction ID?

Are you able to cancel this for me?

Thanks for logging in. The domain mapping upgrade has been cancelled and refunded, so it will not renew next year. You can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History here:

Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
