Delete site/domain

    Hello, I’d like to delete this site/domain but unable to do so and needs to contact support.

    Hi there,

    What site/domain are you trying to delete?

    If you’re speaking of the site at whodoestest.com, that domain expired at the beginning of October and was removed from our system over a month ago, so there’s nothing left to cancel there.

    The site itself we’ll have to revert to how it was before you first installed plugins on our Business Plan. This will cause all content you added on the site since then to be lost. As you plan to delete the site that shouldn’t be a problem, but as this process is irreversible I must have your explicit confirmation before I can do that, so please reply here to confirm, and then we’ll let you know once it’s possible to delete your site.
