Delete site form 'never expires' theme

I’v been trying to delete my wordpress site http://www.malmuhaini.wordpress.com but I keep getting asked togo managing my purchase– which tells me that theme ‘never expires’ and therefore I can’t delete my site.

Hi there,
I can remove the theme for you, but you own the theme indefinitely – so I would recommend you to set your site to private in case you ever want to use the theme again for another site.
Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme for you so you can proceed with the deletion of the site.
