Delete site from wordpress

  I deleted all info on first site and started a new site with a new theme. I deleted Jetpack and still can’t delete my site. The site moveitcivils.co.za is set as MAIN on the MySites and is the site I would like to remove. moveitcivils.co.za/mic is the site i would like to keep as new site, but would like to change the URL to moveitcivils.co.za. Can you help please

  I am not seeing any jetpack or WordPress.com sites connected to the user account you are posting from.
