Delete social button

    My site https://eltopomx.wordpress.com has a Twitter button on the top of the site that I don’t want. This button appeared when I tried to configure the social buttons in a wrong way: In the Configuration-Share I linked a twitter account, and then appeared this button. I can´t delete this link between the twitter (a wrong twitter account) and the wordpress.
    Now I configured the social buttons in my widget, like I wanted.
    I don’t want the Twitter top button, either the link with this account, but I can´t delete it with any option. How I can quit this? Thanks!

    So, I have an idea of what to try.

    Following these instructions:

    You can add links to your Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Tumblr accounts to your site’s header. First, connect these services to Publicize, by going to Settings → Sharing. Once connected, navigate to the Customizer, where you’ll find a new Connect panel. Select the account(s) you want to link to, and their respective icons will appear in the header.

    I think that if you enabled the publicize connection again, then went to “customize” and “connect”, you should be able to to remove the twitter connection.

    Let me know how that works.
