Delete the Website I Made and Start Again

I don’t want to just empty my site or start a new one. I was just playing around on WordPress to see how things work and now I’m stuck with what is there. I want all of the information I put in, and the website I created, to be deleted and I want to start again from scratch with a new user name and everything. Is this possible? I feel quite trapped and frustrated right now. I’d rather join WordPress and create a site after I’ve completed a course in web design, which I intend to do right away. By the way, I don’t see the three dots that are supposed to help a person delete pages. I need a high quality website for a magazine I’m starting so I want to do things right. Please help.
