hi, I would like to know about how should I delete this account and form another new account using the same e mail id I have used in this current account. I want to delete this account

Hello @yoshitagoel,
If you want to keep using the same email ID you don’t have to delete your account.You can just delete your current site and open a new site with a new blog address.
NOTE: Once you delete a site with an address like example.wordpress.com you cannot use this same address when you create a new site. And also, this process cannot be reversed. You cannot recover your deleted site again.

https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/However, if you want to keep using this same blog address yoshitablog.wordpress.com, and want to start over from scratch. You can just empty your site.

Even if you delete/deactivate your account your username is not removed from the database, so that it’s not available to any other users when they are registering for a new account. This is done to keep you from being impersonated by anyone else. -
