  hi, i’m trying to delete website, but it keeps saying premium upgrades are on site. I’ve cancelled all subscriptions. please assist.

  Did you by any chance purchase a Premium theme? That is usually the only reason that sites can’t be deleted. If that is the case you need to return to this thread and type modlook in the tag box for staff assistance.

  PS: Your site is private. You could easily just leave it that way. Remember deleting a site means you lose the address (which appears to be your name) and your site will be replaced with a placeholder saying the site has been deleted by the authors.
