  Hi I deleted a wordpress (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  I have a new one (email visible only to moderators and staff) now
  Does this mean I lost all my original followers? Any advice what I can do much appreciated Thanks I’m advance.

  It’s not clear what you did from the above, but if you merely changed you’re email address, then the answer is no. Subscribers do not depend upon your email address for receiving messages regarding new posts, comments, etc., but rather upon their own email addresses.

  Nothing more need be done. If your email has been successfully changed you may proceed as before.
