deleted accounts

    I have three WP accounts, each attached to a different email address. I want to wipe the content out and just start over, so I deleted two of the three accounts (using teh third to send this support request). Now the system will not let me reuse the email addresses of the deleted accounts, saying they are already already in use. But I deleted the accounts. Are the email address locked anyway? What do I have to do to get this to work? Please advise. Thanks.
