Deleted after clicking update

  I tried to update the old site but failed. And the site has been deleted, now it says HTTP ERROR 500.

  How can I revitalize the site?

  I do not have the materials offline which were on the site, because I am assigned very recently and the site had been updated several senior members who already left the group.

  The site I need help with is tgn.official.jp/. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you here as your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere; we can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
