  I deleted this morning my blog http://www.arubbishplan.com and received the confirmation email, I clicked the link to delete it permanently, but it is still online.
  I would also like to know if my domain name is still mine or if that has been cancelled. If it has been cancelled, how can i get it back to use with another host?

  The account you are posting from is not the owner of arubbishplan.com. So that is likely the issue. Only the site owner can delete a site. The same is true of the arubbishplan.com domain name.

  Deleting a site does not un-register a domain name. however, it does make it harder to use. If you intend to use arubbishplan.com elsewhere, you should follow these instructions to point it to your new webhost:
