Deleted blog still showing up in "My Blogs". How do I make it go away?

Thanks for that info! I took a look at that site and it isn’t actually deleted from our system. In order for that site to no longer appear in your list of sites you’ll need to contact the owner of the site and have them remove you as a user.
Alternatively, you can hide the blog from you list by following these directions:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility

If I may ask for help here, I’d like to fix a mistake I made when trying to change the address of my blog. I didn’t check the box that allows the old one to be ‘turned off’. Now neither one works. Can you help?
The old version is bsgrad.wordpress.com. I’d like all that content to be found at midlifelines.wordpress.com. Same user, different address. Don’t care to use bsgrad as an address in the future.
I don’t see an option to delete either site. -
