  I deleted my website’s domain name “riverclean.fr” and I don’t know how to get it back. Could you please tell me the steps to follow in order to resolve my issue?

  Since you did not receive a refund when canceling riverclean.fr, and since it was still within the recovery window, I have restored it to your account. :)
