    Hi there, I deleted my domain by mistake, I want to know if there’s any chance that I could get back my domain “transportescharra.com.mx”… Thanks in advance :)

    Hi there,

    From what I can see you purchased transportescharra.com.mx on 2021-04-23, (bundled with your WordPress.com Personal Plan) which you can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    However I do not see a renewal in 2022, and can confirm that transportescharra.com.mx has expired due as there was no payment by the renewal date. The good news is that we may be able to recover your domain, but there will be a late renewal fee to do so.

    Please check your inbox for the invoice we just sent, which will include a link to pay for the renewal of transportescharra.com.mx as well as the late renewal fee.

    After you make payment please return here to let us know so we can take the next step of recovering the domain.

    Oops, my apologies, it seems that you can redeem this domain here (rather than pay the invoice I sent) so I cancelled that invoice to avoid double-payment.

    To clarify, you are able to see a “Renovar ahora” button on this page, yes? https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/transportescharradotcomdotmx.wordpress.com/16916921

    You can click on that link to renew your domain, the late renewal fee will be included in your cart at checkout, thanks!

    Hi there, when I paid the renewal, it said that within 30 mins the site would be functioning as normal, but it’s been an hour and still not working :( could you help me please?

    Hi again,

    I can confirm that the domain has been restored, but the domain settings (that connect to your site) appear to have been lost. I have restored them on this end and it takes a few hours before they start to take effect.

    Please also note that your Personal Plan also expired at the same time as the domain, so it was also removed from your account as well.

    Free sites on WordPress.com (I.e. a site without one of our plan upgrades) must use the “wordpress.com” address by default so to set your site to use the transportescharra.com.mx address you will also want to add one of the plans you see listed here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
