Deleted domain as well as account, need help restoring both?

  I deleted my wordpress domain in error, and closed my account – now I’m realizing I need them both back. I’m still within the 30 days redemption period for my domain, so I thought I could re-create my account using the same email address I used initially, but I am told by the account creation page that I am not allowed to use it.

  I do realize that I will have to pay again for the domain, and that is fine. I’m just not sure if I can create this account again or how to go about redeeming my domain. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  Whoops, I didn’t tag that correctly, I’m going to try it again… #modlook

  But also to clarify – this is a different account using a different email address since I can’t log in using the original email address. The domain in questions is samkapral.com

  HI there,

  If you deleted the account less than 30 days ago we can still reopen the account for you. Please reply to the account closure email we sent you to request this – we can only unclose an account if the request comes from the email address attached to the account.

  Once the account is reopened we can help you recover the domain as well, but we can only do that at the request of the account that used to own the domain.
