Deleted Domain Recovery

    Hello!
    I kinda screwed myself over while playing around here on wordpress. My domain expired, which was also under a transfer lock. I made a stupid mistake and deleted the domain. Is there any possibility to get this restored so I can get possession of the domain again? I appreciate any advice or assistance you can offer. Thank you!

    According to our records, a recent WordPress.com charge has been disputed with your credit card company, yes? I see that you disputed the June 15th auto-renewal of Google Workspace on your account shown here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    As a reminder contesting a charge is treated by your bank as indications of possible fraud, and they are not meant to handle simple refund requests. Because of this, during the period of time your bank is investigating this charge we are unable to take any action on your account.

    Please contact your institution and let them know that you no longer wish to contest this charge. Once we see the chargeback is cancelled on our end, we’re happy to issue a full refund of your Google Workspace auto-renewal, as well as assist with the recovery of your domain.

    I just reached out to my institution for details and they confirmed this dispute was closed on June 28th. I have an official document from them that can be provided if you need.

    Ah, for some reason it is showing as pending in our system.

    To clarify when you win a dispute with your bank they fine us $15, even though in this case our charge was not fraudulent and instead due to the auto-renew setting that was active on the upgrade.

    Because of this we cannot proceed with recovering your domain until you agree to pay the chargeback fee we were assessed for losing the dispute. You can do that here: https://wordpress.com/checkout/snowwaymedia.wordpress.com#step2

    Yeah, the site is hosted through Adobe Portfolio. I just entered the DNS records and the url currently doesn’t work, but I noticed it said it could possibly take up to 72 hours. I’ll check periodically and if I continue having issues I’ll reach out. Thank you very much for your help today, I appreciate it.
