  I recently deleted my very old email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) linked with my wordpress.com account. I cannot access my website. I have tried using the recover your account online process and it is not working. I have the credit card record of this transaction.

  I do not see any upgrades under your @sallyhaig070318 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  I can confirm that email address is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @sallyhaig070318 login.
