Deleted entire blog

  Hi there…
  I had created a an entire blog account about my work experience, acting as an online resume. I tried to make one of the posts ‘hidden’ but in the process have deleted the majority of my menu bars and therefore my drop down bars to access my blog posts eg. short-term goals, career experience etc.
  I can’t seem to add my blog posts under my ‘menu’ and am unable to select more than on post. Beforehand, I was able to create a menu bar (eg. Experience) and have multiple drop-down bars (eg. paid experience, volunteer work etc.) that would then link to my posts. I can’t do this now.
