Deleted main domain and no longer has access to live support

I deleted my main account fairlyfurries.com in hopes of moving my site and e-commerce account to fairlyfurry.com. I no longer have access to live chats and I ha be sent four customer support request within this week and I have not received a response. At this point, I am trying to figure out what I am paying for!
