I deleted my WordPress website and canceled my domain, is it possible to recover it?

Are you speaking of gabyandblooms.com? That domain has been cancelled, but the WordPress.com site you bought it for is still in your account under the free address, gabyandblooms.wordpress.com.
Do you want to use that domain here or somewhere else?
If you want to use it here, you’ll need to buy a new plan at My Site ->Plans, then we can restore the domain to your account.
If you want to use it somewhere else, the simplest option is to just wait a few days – towards the end of the week that domain will be released, and then you can register it directly at the provider where you want to use it.
Or if you prefer that we restore it to your WordPress.com account right away, let me know and I’ll send you a link via email to pay for it again, as your original payment has been refunded.

Thank you so much for your response! So you’re saying that if I want to use the “gabyandblooms.com” domain again but on a different site other than WordPress, such as Wix, I just need to wait a few days and it will be made available again?

That’s correct, yes.
Because you cancelled the domain within the refund period, it will be deleted at the registry after five days (so that should be the 14th, as you bought the domain on the 9th), after which it goes back into the pool of available domains. So starting on Thursday, check at Wix (or wherever you want to register it) a few times a day whether it’s available yet, so you can register it again.
Of course that means anyone else will also be able to register it, but as this is still a new domain it’s very unlikely someone else is sitting around waiting for this domain to drop so they can snap it up :)
