I kept getting Jetpack emails that my website was down multiple times a day so I logged in and tried to deactivate the Jetpack plugin but I think it deleted my entire website? It is no longer under ‘my sites’. Help?!?

for more information, the site is krushdesignstudio.com and I checked my godaddy account and webhostinghub account and I don’t see any errors or anything wrong.

    Hi there!

Heads up that your site at krushdesignstudio.com is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted elsewhere. We aren’t able to provide direct support for sites using WordPress.org as this forum is for WordPress.com sites. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check out this page: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

Disconnecting the WordPress.com connection (used by the Jetpack plugin) from your WordPress.org site would result in the site not showing up on your WordPress.com account under “My Sites.” This is expected. The “My Sites” section shows your WordPress.com sites and any WordPress.org site you may have connected via Jetpack. If no Jetpack site is connected, it won’t show up there.

Having said that, deactivating Jetpack won’t delete the site or make the site stop loading. Have you contacted GoDaddy support regarding this? Since the site is hosted by them, they might look into it to see if they are able to troubleshoot or identify the issue that’s preventing the site from loading.

If GoDaddy refers you to WordPress support, you would want to post on the WordPress.org support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums

You can also post on the Jetpack support forum to have the Jetpack support team look into the site’s history. Here’s the link to Jetpack support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/

    Regards
