Deleted old account on accident

  I made a free wordpress site a few years ago using the email account, (email visible only to moderators and staff) . A few weeks ago, I made a brand new wordpress site using bluehost, and tried to export my old date to the new site using the same email address, (email visible only to moderators and staff) . After doing so, I deleted the old free wordpress site but this has caused me a lot of login issues and it’s very frustrating! please recover my account using (email visible only to moderators and staff) so I can use the site properly again. Thank you.
