Deleted pdf still not showing 404 message in browser

  I deleted a pdf I don’t want to be accessed last thursday from my media library, and you can still download the pdf from the link. What is the next step that I can take to remove the file so it has a 404 message? Here is the link http://tinyurl.com/y2zgvxa4

  Hi there, you might be getting it from a local cache. When I click on that expanded link I get a 404 not found error

  Try clearing your browser and/or restarting your router.
