Deleted photos

  Hi, I recently deleted my blog, however all the pictures that I’ve posted still appear on Google search. I’ve tried requesting Google to remove the images, however some still remain. Can I get WordPress to delete the images please?

  Hi there,

  We cannot remove any content from Google’s servers, only from our own, and if you deleted the WordPress.com site, all images in its media library were also removed from our servers.

  If Google is not able to remove those images at your request, you’ll have to wait for them to be removed from Google’s index and caches automatically.
