  Hey is there a way I can get my deleted posts back?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Deleted posts and pages are in the Trash. BUT: After 30 days the posts in trash will be automatically permanently deleted.

  Is there any way to get back permanently deleted posts?

  No there isn’t. You could try https://archive.org/web/, perhaps the Wayback Machine crawled your site.
