  How can get back my deleted site from this id. It still exists with all posts and pages. can I get back to my blog. https://ghanacaps.wordpress.com/

  https://ghanacaps.wordpress.com/ hasn’t been deleted. Do you mean you have lost access to it? Try logging out of this different account and log in with the username ghanacaps and whatever password you used for that site. If you have lost the password, but still have access to the email address used when you set up the site then you can reset the password here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/
