deleted the 'recent posts' widget. how do I restore it?

  Hi, I have by mistake deleted a widget that was showed the recent posts on my sidebar. How do I restore it? I could not find an answer. Could you please help.

  All widgets are installed here > Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets
